Ongoing programs of research such as tracking studies, concept testing and product use testing are designed and managed to maintain data comparability from wave to wave, project to project. The result is a body of knowledge, unique to each client, that grows in value over time. To help clients realize the full value of their research programs, C+R provides custom data portals for easy, instant data retrieval and analysis that end users can use without the need for data processing or advanced analytic skills:

•  Portals built on C+R’s Concept Reporter framework allow users to compare data on several measures from an array of tests such as might result from conducting a number of concept or product tests over a period of years. Portals provide  search tools for the user to identify the concepts to be compared by variables like product category, score range, key words, and so forth. Images and text used for concepts in the original surveys are stored in the database and displayed in reports.
•  Portals built on the Cross-Tabulation Reporter framework allow users to create reports from a menu of measures pre-defined by the client during development. Once the measures are selected, the user can define up to four banners to compare findings across different demographics or other selectable measures. Once a report is created it can be saved under the user’s profile and is viewable or changeable at any time. This allows users to create and save a library of reports to be retrieved and updated at will.

C+R data portals are web applications built on our proprietary portal frameworks. All are designed to be able to restrict user access to data based on the user’s corporate responsibility and level.
