Many suppliers simply don’t handle all of the details when it comes to product testing, and don’t have the resources to deal with them. We do: safe product handling; storage; re-packing; shipping; acquiring competitive product, and anonymizing it; online sampling; screening; survey programming; help desk inquiries; central location testing which adds precise control over preparation and serving; security; careful monitoring of on-site personnel; stat work;  analysis; reporting and more.

We have a dedicated facility for receiving, storing, re-packing, and shipping product for in-home use tests and central location studies. We conduct  tests with clothing, home-care products, food and snack products, beverages,— and even garden tools—and we’re not daunted by details like the need to refrigerate products during shipping.
