Immersed in a world of contrast and duality, Hispanics master the skill of adaptation and often combine American and their own traditions in their celebrations.

In the second delivery of our series “Hispanics and the Holidays,” we’ll continue our cultural exploration and take a deeper look into the importance that Hispanics place on Mother’s Day, how they celebrate it in the U.S. and the similarities and differences across acculturation levels.

In preparation for the upcoming Futbol World Cup, we will also take a look at Hispanics’ passion for this holiday-like event, and how they plan to enjoy this ‘jogo bonito’.
