meet Kayla

Kayla joined C+R as an Associate on the Online Qualitative team in 2019. After 5 years of working in Online Qualitative research, Kayla transitioned to the Shopper Insights team where she is now involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects that contain shopper elements.

Since joining C+R, Kayla has developed experience with various qualitative methodologies and has worked with a wide range of clients in CPG, restaurant, retailer, appliance, and home improvement categories. She is also highly skilled at presenting data in an efficient and visually appealing way, creating thoughtfully designed reports with meaningful insights for her clients.

Kayla earned her Master’s in Market Research from Michigan State University in 2022 and her BBA in Marketing and French from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2018.
