Margot Benish, Vice President, People + Culture, joined C+R Research in 2014. Margot is responsible for both the long-term strategic and day-to-day functions of all things HR-related such as payroll, benefits, HR technology, compensation design, employee recruitment, retention, and satisfaction. Her focus is on keeping C+R’s employment practices up to date and ensuring C+R is a top choice for those in the Marketing Research and supporting operational fields.

Margot’s diverse HR background spans multiple industries, including retail, entertainment, and manufacturing, allowing her to tailor creative solutions to everyday HR problems and challenges.

Margot graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a BA in Speech Communications and completed her MBA at Purdue University.
