Sergio Patiño, Senior Vice President of Operations Innovation, joined C+R Research in 2011. Sergio is responsible for survey-programming functions as well as various application-development initiatives. He and his team are also responsible for handling sensitive client data by ensuring that data is stored, archived, and disposed of in a safe and secure manner per C+R’s SOC2 protocols.

Sergio’s diverse skillset and solution-driven attitude enables him to collaborate with various operational and analytic teams to streamline processes, develop survey components, project-specific solutions and project-related workflows that positively impact respondents’ satisfaction and engagement, data quality and security of personal data.

Sergio graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BA of Science in Information and Decision/Modeling Sciences.
